  : Normally nice facilities, great location and staff. Stayed June 2022 & was great. We returned June 2023 & several issues made it not so great this time.
  : This particular trip was wrought with problems. The studio suite is nicely furnished and has nice features. However, this particular visit the vanity mirror did not work. It may seem petty but for putting on makeup and styling hair it is essential. We reported the issue & staff responded fairly quickly but it took them DAYS to replace the mirror. These mirrors are high end back lighted mirrors. The frame is lighted. They are great but this one didnt workat all. No light. The overhead light near the shower worked so the bathroom wasnt dark. We just didnt have a lighted sink vanity. Finally maintenance replaced it our last day there. It was not repairable and had to be completely replaced. Initially none found in storage so as last ditch effort a maintenance man took one out of another room and replaced ours with it. He worked hard and efficiently so much so my husband gave him a tip but it was a couple hours project and we were stuck in the room while he worked. Not that we didnt trust him enough to leave but getting dressed and make up & hair fixed was delayed during him replacing the mirror. It impeded our departure for our days activities.Our toilet kept getting stopped up. Front desk tried to plunge it. Didnt work. Front desk person left room & plunger and stopped up toilet to shut down a loud party outside on the property patio/grill area that had been going on for hours and guests complaining, us included. The patio and party was literally under our window. I was looking out the window and some of the partiers were waving at me. It was well after after midnight when they were finally disbursed. Meanwhile our toilet was non-functioning. My husband was able to use one of our wire coat hangers (not the hotels bulky wooden ones) and straighten out the wire hanger & snaked our toilet. Next morning maintenance came back for 2nd time to look at our non-working lighted bathroom vanity mirror.
