  : Staff very friendly, building felt safe, all was clean. Mattress was so uncomfortable and pillows were paper thin and uncomfortable but when I laid in bed it was past midnight so I just tried to deal with it. I slept about 3 hours and it was miserable. Had a 10 hour road trip before and 10 hours after I departed and it would have been helpful to have coffee but it never got made. I waited 20 minutes because it was out at the breakfast bar (which is very good actually), and she was working hard but forgot about the coffee being empty. I got desperate and went to Starbucks. I would have given a solid 8 out of 10 but that mattress and those pillows are SO bad it’s inexcusable, and the blanket felt like an old ladies stiffened table cloth, like the kind that have been in a drawer untouched for 10 years. I won’t stay here again. I travel through Little Rock often.
  : The bed, pillows, and bedding were absolutely awful.
