: The location was really good. Lisbon is not an easy walk to start but when you stay in a location that is in the heart of the city, you have a good start at least. The host was pleasant and spoke English very well.
: Lisbon is not an easy city to drive and the key pickup location was an hour walk from the rental property. This really is a difficult situation that could be improved if they had a lockbox or other solution for the keys. Did I mention that there are lots of hills in Lisbon? If the key pickup situation was improved, this property would have easily rated a 9.

: Great location. Large apartment with beautiful furniture. Very central to transport, sights and restaurants and fado singing.
: Couldn't find any plug for the kitchen sink or any dishwashing detergent to wash dishes.

: Good location. Super close to public transport and some decent restaurants and bars. WiFi available.
: As it is old apartment, some old furniture, fittings, door handles, power sockets require small fixing. Still acceptable as we knew what we are taking.Area is loud - but hey, again, depends what you are looking for. We cannot expect quiet apartment in old building, right? So it is not really complain.Cleaning standard was acceptable, but we expected bit more (we bought some more cleaning stuff and did more ourselves after arrival).Unable to take a shower using handle nozzle - only rain shower available (not so convienient with small kids, <6yrs old). Not big deal but some kind of annoying at times. Washing machine died during our stay - again, not a big deal but it needs to be fixed.Choice of dishes (pots, pans) if you think about making your own meals is ok - basic but still alright.Inner terrace looks better on the photos - in reality it is just a back door to nearest resturant. Not being maintaned though (not cleaned by managing company).
