  : Small rooms with everything needed for a short stay. Additionally, fully equipped kitchen on the first floor.
  : I don't like those thin, almost empty pillows, not possible to sleep well with such.

  : Check-in was easy and straight-forward, the receptionist was very nice. Check-out was easy too. The hotel is budget-friendly, and looks & feels this way as well. The location is good so the price is justified.
  : The interior looks rather old and has a "school trip" vibe to it. But it's completely fine for a short and budget-friendly stay. You can hear noise from other rooms and from the corridor, but it wasn't terribly loud.

  : Very bad customer service. Even though they said earlier check-in is possible, no one replied or responded to my request. I arrived around 2pm, which should be normal for hotels, but there was no one, no one picked up the phone. After an hour of waiting, they just refer you as a problem in front of you while talking to each other. Once i checked into my room, the reception lady opened my door without knocking or permission, and without saying nothing got out. I understand they have their schedule 16pm check in, and 10am check out which is bit unreasonable for a hotel, but saying things like possible to check in earlier or refering to a reception number for any query while the number is in automatical answer was frustrating. And treating you as a burden, not as a guest. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
