  : I didn't like anything.
  : The staff doesn't pay attention to customers. They're more focused on laughing with each other than taking care of the customers. The check-in process was constantly interrupted by another staffer.While in line, there were two people working the desk and two others behind the counter behind them telling jokes and stories. One of the staffers waiting on customers would make the next person in line wait for no reason...and then another customer cut in front of me.This is where it gets good.They gave me room 405. I take the elevator to the 4th floor, find room 405, and enter...to find someone is already in the room. This is inexcusable. There is no reason for this mistake. You should be confident that while in a hotel room, nobody will walk in while you're naked or doing personal naked things. You should be confident nobody will walk in while you're sleeping. You should be confident nobody is going to walk in and steal your stuff while you're out of the room. This hotel can't guarantee your safety, comfort, or security. The person already in the room told me this was the second time during his stay he was walked in on. We both went down to the front desk and the staff BLAMED HIM for being in the wrong room, as though he made out his key cards and not them. I get another room and go back to the 4th floor to find the lock is broken. The key cards work, but the lock doesn't work. I had to go back downstairs to get a staffer to come up to pry it open. At first, he told me it was impossible it didn't work.And then the Wi-Fi didn't work. It's not that it was bad Wi-Fi but that I couldn't sign into it. And then, I called the phone number for the chain to report all of this and it didn't work. IT was a constant busy signal I tweeted at them, they tweeted back but only if I would follow them, and then they sent a message that was absolutely no help.

  : Wyndham driver is super safe, quick and responsible. He picked me up promptly and delivered me to the hotel, handled my luggage and made sure I got safely out of the van.
  : There were 2 or 3 places where someone had vomited on the carpeted hallways and it was still there the next morning.

  : No exhaust fan in the bath room, only one wash cloth in bath for two people.

  : Very dated hotel. No ice in the ice machine. Room floor felt dirty. Parking is horrendous. People parking illegally and nothing being done

  : Staff was nice, breakfast was good.
  : -No food options available after breakfast other than vending machine or delivery. -reserved a double room for 3 people (1 adult, 2 children), was given a room with 1 bed and pullout sofa. This would have been fine but there was no blanket for the sofa, the staff could not retrieve a blanket as “the laundry room was locked for the night”, and would not take a blanket from an unused room.
