  : Location in Lincoln city is perfect! Plenty of bedding and towels to use. The upstairs is like having your own little apartment. Washer and dryer were great and convenient location for them so u can keep all the dirty stuff out of the way. Supplying the baby gates was wonderful.
  : Combination dead bolt needs replaced. I read on the reviews people had to call to get the right code so I was able to prepare my husband for that added stress but it would have been nice to not need to deal with that and of course when we got there the code we were given did not open the lock box and we had to call. (If you know its a repeated issue fix it)Also I read about the stairs and I also prepared my husband for that but I didnt realize how bad going up and down them could be. I just had surgery 2 days prior to getting to the house for our stay and I was willing to just deal with the stairs but they are not regular stairs they are made of cement and bigger rocks so they can seem a little unstable under the feet. This is why the stairs should be listed in the ad and not just a possibility of seeing them in a review. I know plenty of families would still rent it and really appreciate your candor.Labeling some of the light switches would be nice. There was a light switch everywhere I turned around but I had no idea what it went to so I was turning off and on lights so much it looked like I had a strobe light at times.
