  : I don’t think this hotel is worth 200€ per night. Overall the hotel is in need of repairs and a makeover. The carpet is old; there’s a strange smell that lingers through the corridors; our room had damage on the walls; the staff were more concerned with what was on their computer screen than with making eye contact. I definitely won’t revisit this hotel.

  : We stayed on the first floor and the smell of weed was horrendous, it was actually coming into our room I rang reception twice at 4am to complain as I had a two year old in our room, we had to move her bed while she slept over to the window to keep the room ventilated. The manager was lovely to deal with he said he will take the feedback on board, we stay here twice a year to visit family I honestly don’t think we will be back

  : breakfast was excellent, really tasty. Usually hotel mushrooms and hash browns are poor but in this hotel they were really good.
  : The food in the restaurant was only average. My daughter can't eat spicy food and everything on the menu had chiil with it in some form. Maybe a pasta dish could be added to the menu

  : Staff was pretty rude. Room was unclean and the toilet/shower room was horror. Paid £315 for one night, expected a lovely place. It was a shithole.
