  : The property is centrally located. We stayed in 213, a double room which is walk-up from the main floor. It is a fairly large room but extremely dated and old. There is no cable TV. Flat Screen TV is hung crookedly on the wall and hooked into a power Bar with wires hanging all over the wall. An electric fireplace is also installed. We didn't try it to see if it worked. A very old TV Cabinet is converted to hold a small fridge, microwave and coffee percolator. A very old chair and two queen beds with side tables complete the furnishing. Other than being dated and old, the washroom is serviceable. Fairly new, large towels were provided. Toiletries are minimal consisting of a shampoo and bodywash. The shower knob is a bit fiddly with temperature control going from frigid to broil with minimal movement. Hot water is HOT for which we were grateful after riding our motorcycles all day.There is a kitchen downstairs. We were invited to pass through it to the green space at the back of the hotel for fresh air. The green space is accessible through a sliding door and is equipped with a picnic table, a bucket ashtray and a plastic chair. Not sure if the guests are allowed to use the kitchen/dining room. There is ample parking on the front. There was good breakfast on the first day of our stay but it was missing eggs on the second day. We were told they had run out although we were up early.
  : The building and rooms are outdated and desperately needs renovation. Room 213; A drawback of this room is that the window is directly facing southbound-traffic on the 9th street in front of the hotel. At night, car headlights flash right into the sleeper's face unless the curtains are drawn. Other rooms may not have this issue as their windows face perpendicular to the street.Like most hotels in the US, the place is overpriced for the facilities offered.

  : the room was the best part until we went to the fun run in troy and come back at 930 and they checked us out of our room and check out is at11 mind you and they stole our drinks. just glad we took our bag with us cause we where running late for the run and that didnt get stolen from the staff

  : Terribly uncomfortable pillows and bed linens badly need replacing; very thin and worn. Would’ve given it a better rating if the bed linens and pillows were in good condition and more hygienic.
