  : I have stayed at this property twice before and never had issues until this previous visit. The second time I stayed I noticed the price had increased, but thought that the heated pool and the location still made it worth it. The last trip was just a couple weeks ago and it was a different experience completely. The pool was NOT heated and the whole pool room/hot tub area had an awful fishy smell. Although I could consider that this may be a one time occurrence with the pool and give this hotel another try all chances of that ended when I checked out and noticed they put a $200 hold on my credit card. Mind you that no where on booking or their website does it state they are a $200 hold placed on rooms, also the attendant never said anything either about the hold other than they just needed a card on file. A lot of hotels charge holds but they should have the curiosity to make you aware of that. Anyways, I call and ask them about the hold bc I never had a $200 hold from previous stays. The worker informs me that they do place a hold but mine should have been $20.00 bc I used booking and she dont know why its for $200 but she cant do anything about it at all and suggest I talk to my bank. Fast forward to the next day when I check my bank and see that now the $200 hold is gone but theyve charged me for a nights stay. This is where I should let you know I had already paid for my nights stay on booking before I even arrived to the hotel. So now Ive been double charged for a room. I call back to hotel ask to speak to a manager which never works. Both times a manager has never been available. Attendant once again looks at my account to see the problem and yes its their fault. They double charged me but guess what. Nothing they can do but refund my account and for me to talk to my bank about how long it will take to actually be refunded.

  : The gentleman at front desk at check in was extremely nice and pleasant.
  : Multiple large ugly stains in the carpet in my room, had to request batteries for the thermostat so I could adjust the temperature in my room, no lightbulbs in the bedside lamps. The lady at desk for checkout was rude.

  : We were there Mon-Sat, never had room cleaned during that time. Were told we would. Had to go get towels when needed.

  : The first room I was given had a broken light in the bathroom above the mirror, I was told it would be fixed while I was out, came back and it was not. Then later in the evening, changed to a different room. Carpet in the room was stained and very dirty, had not been cleaned very well.

  : the staff and the location are nice. No traffic with restaurants around
  : it always smelled like sewers and the gym also smells like the carpet hasnt been cleaned forever.its also tooo hot in the gym and the pool is just a children pool.
