  : The room was super clean and very spacious. Mattress and bedding was comfortable. The a/c kept the room temperature just right. I was very pleased with all aspects of the room. The grounds are well-kept and nice for walking dogs.
  : Traveling with two dogs, being on the second floor was difficult. The stairs were ladder-like with openings which made it necessary to carry the dogs up. It was also hard to bring the crates and other heavy items up and down.

  : The location in the mountains was good.
  : The room wasn't clean, the cleaning cart connected outside the door with a chain to the building. The accessible room wasn't accessible at all. It was a standard room. Staff told me the accessible room was under renovation when I explained I booked an accessible room. She said, "Oh well you should have looked and saw there weren't any grab bars in the bathroom, that's your fault". Then, refusing to answer booking.coms phone calls or emails saying the phone didn't ring and no access to email. Also, fixing coffee in the lobby in her bare feet...
