  : The rooms dont meet health standards ..the shower was a trickle and overall it smelled halls and stairs were the worst!@maybe one star but pipes were even dripping in bathroom..and the first room had a broken window...a hole in wall and the smell terrible !!lamp shades in both bedrooms were yerrible and ole and cracked....tjThe carpet in the halls were terrible!@all in all it was the very worst of all the ones i stayed in the last year !@

  : Very well organized. Servers brought breakfast I ordered to my table. The choices of foods were outstanding as were the staff and food quality. The dining at night there was excellent. Though choices were more limited than breakfast, the quality of the dishes was outstanding including dessert. The front desk staff encouraged me to park in front of the hotel when I told them that I was unable to lock my car as the battery in the key fob was likely in need of replacementas it operated with difficulty to lock & unlock doors. They also advised me of the nearest dealership if I wanted it dealt with, but I didn't want to waste time on my vacation. But, they were helpful.
  : I was unaware that I was suppose to request housekeeping, but as I was alone, I did not in any way suffer in a two bed room. Later, I noticed an elevator sign that said that housekeeping could be requested. I was just surprised that it was not automatic, and that no one at check-in mentioned this to me. There were no instructions on how to work the television with the remote in my room, but I figured it out by trial and error.

  : Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Pool, restaurant and Japanese garden on site. Hot breakfast included.
  : Pictures make it appear out near country when actually it is in a neighborhood surrounded by buildings. The pool is basically in the parking lot.
