  : The new "mountain" houses are the best type of accommodation in the camp. Previous years we stayed in mobile homes and appartments in the camp and those are good also but having a "backyard" and a big terrace really made a difference for us. The pool was great and the location is amazing (next to the lake, close to everything (Sirmione, Peschiera, Gardland...), we had a great stay!
  : One hour of free wifi per day (even though we booked through Booking.com and emphasized that at the reception), weird aircon system which we couldn't figure out but ended not needing it so it wasn't a problem (if it was colder we woul have used it for heating in the morning) but you have to ask the staff how to do it because there are no instructions in the accommodation itself.

Disappointing

  : Gardaland is walkable from it. Its spacious enough for 6 people.
  : Theres a lot of hidden fees for towels (7.50 per person), bed linens (single 5 & double 10), cleaning (35 or you clean it yourself), Wi-Fi (different rates depending on the amount of days), and toiletries (our group of 6 people only got 1 complimentary toilet paper for our 3-day stay and no shampoo or soap). After adding all these extra costs, it works out that its not that cheap at all to be honest. Also, it got very cold after 1 am and the AC only has cold function and the sheets are your average ikea bedsheets. Finally, one of the staff members at the reception who wore a cap was consistently rude to us. He didnt even look at us when we were speaking to him. Im not sure if he had guest preferences because he was very talkative to the white British guests before us. On the other hand, two of the lady staff were very accommodating and helpful to us. I honestly wouldnt go back because theres no sense of hospitality at it at all.
