  : Location and view was awesome along with the floor plan and games in the room. There was plenty of space and I loved the full size fridge and single burner for cooking.

  : Mattress was not the most comfortable. Very tight living quarters.

  : Close to the springs, easy walk to restaurants, quiet room, on-site manager was very responsive.
  : The floor seemed a little sticky like maybe some juice had spilled.

  : The host and the rooftop bar. Neither the patrons nor the owner were respectful for those staying below the bar (I.e. throwing M80s and firecrackers off the top tha first night, then throwing bean bags off the top onto our deck the second night). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  : No breakfast. Location was fantastic
  : A fridge, microwave, a hot plate, and a few random plates with a few items of silverware is not what I would consider to be a "fully equipped" kitchen. It was ok, but certainly not "fully equipped". Bar signage could have been better. We had people coming to our door and deck wanting to know how to get to the bar.
