  : Smoke detector was missing, the base was still attached to the wall. Small holes on another wall, large water ring in the ceiling, appeared to have been a leak at some point. The bathroom was awful!! I could not shower because the tub was FILTHY. So NO!

  : The first room I got some one was in already. The second room I got the lights were blown and the tv remote didnt work but they fixed most of that.

  : Representative was rude over the phone.. When checking in he waited until someone phoned him from the back. He denied the cx in front of me any rooms. When I handed him the money I asked him why he was so rude and he ignored me. I asked for the manager

  : not anything really I called to confirm my reservation and staff told me there had been a mistake that no rooms were available but no worries bc my card wouldn't be charged. do I had to find somewhere else to stay and my card was charged anyway

  : The morning clerk was not friendly. He acted as if I was bothering him and he was sarcastic.

  : The location and the knowledgeable staff.
  : Yes our room had roaches which crawled into our food. We had to throw it away. The toilet didn't flush properly. There were dead bugs smashed on the room walls.
