  : It was family setting.
  : The elevator was broken. Took 30 min to get to the 1st floor from the parking structure. Other guests said it had been down for a few weeks. It was hot no AC running while waiting for the elevator. The pool should close at 10pm.

  : The room was really dirty we didn’t have toiletries on one restroom the sofa bed was really dirty and it seems that there is bug beds because somehow I got like mosquitos bites on my arms

  : The location was fantastic—a real gem. The room size? Just right, not too cramped. And the staff? Oh, they were like friendly navigators, making sure your stay was smooth sailing. Security personnel was top-notch—found the apple ac adaptor that we left in the room. Now, the gym and pool? A delightful duo—the kind of place where you could work up a sweat and then cool off with a splash. But here’s the kicker: real grass! Yes, actual, honest-to-goodness grass underfoot. will be nice. Those free washer and dryer units were awesome.
  : dirty floor, weak water pressure shower, and takes forever to fill the bathtub. The room smelt like sewage and the maintainers couldn't figure it out. It took 3 times for the maintenance crew to fix the leak under the sink. I wish there were more covered parking spaces for safety and shade. the mattress needs an upgrade or just renewal especially since the pullout bed is very uncomfortable. We had a very slow free internet I had to often use my hotspot from my cell phone to get my work done.

  : Be careful when you arrive they will try to sign you up for a membership without telling you. They charged me 40 dollars and the lady never told me if I didn't attend/ late canceled the 90 minutes meeting I would be charged. Not right at all !!

  : Only one elevator due to the other being out of service. Made getting to your room wait longer.
