  : I loved that it was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. No matter which direction on the street I left I could find the main drag, Love the pool and the enclosed deck to drink my morning coffee. The water pressure was great and we never ran out of hot water. Loved that all we needed was to bring in food for supplies everything else was in the kitchen that we needed. Neighborhood was quiet got great sleep. Beds were good. Love the fact that a second full bathroom was in the process of completion.
  : The washing machine didnt work and there was a sign there for us to use it. I thought that was odd. The couch bed was not the most comfortable the, we brought in a foam piece to keep that bar from messing with our old backs. There was a rat that would come out into the back yard when we were done swimming while we would sit in the enclosed porch, thank God that porch was enclosed. In the second bathroom it would have been great to use the shower, and the toilet was like for a child it sits way to low to the ground. For us older group of your clients it is really hard on the knees. Because of these things I could not give you any higher a score.
