  : Beautiful location with great walks on the doorstep . The restaurant and bar were great and very accommodating to my dietary needs
  : We stayed in Waterhouse Apartment No. 5. It could do with some upgrading but was liveable especially for the rate we paid BUT it was also dirty. Dishes, cutlery were crusty, food splatter on walls & doors, drink rings not wiped. Thankfully the bathroom and bed linen were clean!

  : Spacious. Good kitchen facilities including dishwasher. Onsite staff very polite and efficient. Overall very clean and comfortable.
  : Windowsills could be taken care of better. A couple of dead bugs, or ones trying to escape.

  : Accommodation scenery the town of lanark
  : The bar no atmosphere the bar staff clueless Stood at the bar for an age waiting to be served Wanted to charge to the Waterhouse I was staying in to be told only hotel rooms can charge to room Then why did reception require my credit card for additional charges Found out on the day before we left there was a bus that transported you to the town No info in the accommodation A few corrections and this place would be brilliant

  : Check in efficient, just as expected. We have stayed here before, so knew what to expect. Really good location
  : A bathroom on the same floor as the bedroom would be nice. The furniture in the living room is ok but could be more comfortable

  : The property was in an excellent location and had lovely views of the river from every window. There was everything youd need to cater for yourself, and if you wanted, you could popover to the adjacent hotel for a drink or something to eat.
  : The bedroom was down a very steep flight of stairs, so if using the bathroom during the night it could be quite problematic, especially for the elderly. The bedroom itself was massive and there is enough space to include a small en-suite bathroom there, even if the price had to be increased a little.

  : Great layout, big rooms, well equipped kitchen, looking out onto the Clyde, so quiet, just the sound of the water and wildlife. Your own front door, no one above or below you. Facilities ( pool, sauna, steam room) were excellent, there was a gym but hey we were on holiday so i don't know what it was like.
  : TV reception could be better and wifi was a bit slow.
