  : Everything was great. Well stocked and everything was functional.
  : The double booking that occurred. We had other renters enter the home in the middle of the night. They booked at AirBnB site for the same dates.

  : The location is good for Lake Tahoe. The cleaner was very friendly
  : It wasn’t ready for check in at 4. It wasn’t ready at 4.30. We finally got in at 4.45. After a long day driving, this was pretty disappointing. We were offered a late check out to compensate, but we had to leave early for a booked tour. The carpet is thick shagpile and was wet in many places. The property requests shoes off, this was very unpleasant.The shower head sprays water all over the bathroom. The hot water lasts for about 2 minutes. We all had to have cold showers.The property smells stale and of cigarette smoke.There were 2 towels for 6 guestsThe wifi doesn’t work. The owner knows this as the property guide tells you not to complain about it.There are no little extras to make you feel comfortable. For over $350 a night, it is an absolute rip off and is misrepresented on the site.I contacted the owner twice to try and sort things out before leaving an honest review, and she didn’t bother to reply

  : The location was fine and the view from the rear side of the property was nice. There is plenty of light in the morning and a garage to park your car. This place has potential but it needs some attention from hosts.
  : Nothing about stained brown shag carpet screams "stunning" or "modern" to me. The couches were draped with brown fabric (to cover stains, we assume?) but the fabric itself was also stained! There were hairs leftover from previous guests in the upstairs bathroom, burnt out lightbulbs, broken trashcan, broken blinds. There's a coffee maker, sure, but no coffee to be found. No air conditioning, which is fine, but the upstairs bedroom windows don't stay open without being propped up with something. They provided an electric fan which was helpful, but it was covered in grime and dust. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a sliding glass door, but no screen - meaning at night you have no air flow without inviting in bugs or other guests. This place did the job of providing a place to sleep. If you were going to cram in the maximum of 10 people they say can fit in this 3 bedroom place, you'd be getting your money's worth I suppose. But if you're not trying to squeeze 4 kids in one bedroom and two adults on couches, you're better off elsewhere.

  : The carpeting is old and made the whole place feel dirty. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The house was not clean. Dust and hair were found in the bathrooms. The neighborhood was very noisy and raucous.

  : Location is great if you want to be close to the best beaches and hiking in South Lake. The condo has room for 7/8 to sleep comfortably. We were not there very much, mostly out enjoying beautiful Tahoe.
  : Very basic, ran out of toilet paper, no ice, no washcloths for guests, carpets in bedrooms very dirty. If you stay here, bring extra TP, wash cloths and ice trays or your own ice.

  : It's a decent place, comfortable enough. They're making upgrades it appears. The bathrooms had new vanities I think, and the floors have recently been redone. Looks good.
  : Please supply more towels. Spesh in these winter months with snow. :) Not a dislike, just minor request to help us help keep the place clean.

  : There was a decent amount of space, it’s nice to have the garage. Right off the main road like 2 blocks so super easy to get to. Looks like they’re around to redo the flooring. It’s a smidge dated, but totally met our needs and didn’t feel cheap or anything. Pups love the wide open back yard just be sure to keep an eye on them.

  : Lack of towels and toilet paper! Pots and pans are not clean, probably precious tenants left it. Still cleaning crew should check and clean them up
