  : Excellent location. We could walk to heavenly shuttle and no need to worry about parking and driving on snow. Close to grocery and restaurants. Close to marina as well. Good place for the price. We never ran out of hot water with 4 individuals who skied. It's a bliss !! Good internet speed to work from home. We had issue with heater but that was quickly resolved in matter of few hour. Snow from driveway was removed regularly too. Host is a good guy who was very prompt to respond to all my questions. So overall great stay. I won't mind coming back for my next ski weekend trip.

  : The property had hidden stairs on the back of the building and at night cannot be seen . There is no light or signs pointing to it. We arrived at night and sat in the car and could not find the second floor. We tried called the management but couldn't get an answer for at least half an hour with 2 kids in the car with frizzing cold. After entering the unit m the place was cold. We try to turn on the furnace but it was not working. Called the Management and he said he cannot do any thing till morning and we had to sleep in the frizzing cold. We look to find some blankets but the only ones that we could find were only 4 thin ones on the bed left for us to us. We had to sleep with our jackets on. My poor kids had to sleep with their jackets on! What kind of a vacation is this? Finally my husband somehow made the furnace work at 3 AM and we slept.
