  : This was a nicely renovated hotel right near Heavenly Ski Resort and the action downtown. It was very comfortable and beautifully updated. It was also well-supplied - multiple towels, etc. Best of all, it was so well-priced; super affordable.
  : The only issue we had was a child running around in the morning and evening above our room - it was very loud. The ceilings are not well-insulated. Maybe keep families with kids on the first floor?

  : Location, decor, room size, bed, very clean, friendly staff.
  : The fireplace made a super loud sound while in use to the point where I couldnt use it due to how load it was. The refrigerator kept freezing all my liquids no matter the setting. I could every single word my neighbor was saying thru the walls. Super thin hard to fall asleep.

  : Rooms were very contemporary.
  : My special request for wheelchair access (A.D.A. COMPLIANT) was honored with a room up a flight of stairs!! When I asked why I wasn't notified that there was no elevator, (wheel chairs and stairs don't mix), I was advised, that if I just paid $50 more dollars, "for an upgrade ", they would joyfully, find me an appropriate room.Did I mention that these were kind people? Yikes!! Once in the room, I discovered the heater didn't work. When visiting Tahoe in winter, HEAT is nice! This is a self check in location, so, heat, was out of the question my first night there. Subsequently, I was offered a $30 refund, to sweeten this lemon. Now, here, is proof of their genuine kindness and concern for any patron! I checked out the next morning, politely informing the phone tech, that this was just not a good fit, or business model. The 4 days I paid for in advance, after only staying one, is a worthwhile lesson. Renter BEWARE, no refunds!HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!Mr.Russo, out!

  : The room was large enough for one or two people. Fully equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The fireplace heater was nice. Bed was comfortable. The shower head was the best. Hot water was plentiful. Pass code for room entry is convenient over a key, card, or phone app. I walked over to Trailfork Coffee for breakfast. Close to the main street.
  : There is no one at the "front desk." There is too much communication from the managing company via email, text, what's app and booking.com messages. It gets really annoying.

  : This is considered a touchless check in and out process hotel Way too may emails and text messages. Totally took away the need and/or desire for being touchless

  : The tub was nice.
  : There were stained towels in the bathroom. The last time I stayed here, I was blamed for stained towels and had to pay for them ( I did not stain any towels). This time, I fully inspected the room immediately upon check-in and found 3 stained towels, and reported a missing tile on the fireplace.
