  : Very large comfortable suite with big bathroom and sizable balcony overlooking the marina, restaurant and bar on site.
  : There were only ice machines on 2 of the 6 floors so we had to ride the elevator to get ice

  : Comfortable bed, lake view, and staff. Enjoyed sitting on our veranda watching the boat traffic. Our room, had a living room we didn't need, so plenty big if have other guest. Didn't see any dogs in the hotel- that's nice, because I live in a barn at home- nice to get away from that. Didn't see kids either, great, nice to be away from them also, but they had them at the shared pool. We enjoyed Camden and would go back.
  : Smell of weed, but guess that's the new America. That's why gave cleanliness a lesser mark, not the cleaners fault . Ashtray on the deck- would prefer discouraging with fees than encouraging. Band was great, but as old people or not party animals, I was old when I came out of the womb and love sleep. Heard the band till 1am. We were in the middle of the hotel, guess need ear buds. Like other places at the lake- hotel pool and commodities are shared with boaters and others that make the pool crowded(I understand this brings in money for their hotel). That being the case, the extra money from outsiders should bring down hotel cost, especially if hotel guess don't get presidence or crowded out for a chair at the pool(maybe can have reserved chairs for hotel guest, but guess others walking in might buy more at the bar as they have a free pool.)

  : Check in staff rude and unfriendly. I asked if there were Ubers. She moves the business card holder from the corner of the desk closer to me. So I took a few local taxi business cards. She was NOT helpful, or friendly or welcoming!! She did say there are Ubers but we have to have the app.My daughter wanted to go on the deck overlooking the marina to take pictures and the door was locked. Instead of coming over to assist, unfriendly check in girl calls over to us to “just unlock it”. Oh ok. Thanks for your (lack of) help! And why are the doors locked at 4:00 on a Thursday anyway?Later, after we returned from our night out, went to the front desk to inquire about the Toad Bar. We asked where it was and what time they closed. Same girl at check in, still unfriendly and unhelpful pointed down the hall, said she didn’t know the hours and “they close when there’s no more people”. So I said, “we just take our chances of walking down there and hope they’re open?” So we went to our room instead and planned on sitting on the balcony. OMG!! We opened the sliding glass door to go out and there were like 10,000 small bugs out there. We closed the door IMMEDIATELY but at least 100 bugs were already in our room, at the ceiling and near the lights in the room. So we left the bathroom light on all night hoping the bugs would go in there instead of ON US! In the morning, there were about 25 dead bugs in the bathroom sink! So disturbing. There should be a warning somewhere about the bug infestation at night & to keep the balcony door closed! After we checked out, I got charged an additional “resort fee” which I was not made aware of when I prepaid the NONREFUNDABLE room fee!! I called and questioned it and the unfriendly man who answered told me it was a separate fee! FOR WHAT??!! There were no (additional) services or amenities for this “extra fee”!! We were treated poorly. We did not feel valued. I will be fighting this extra charge.
