  : Great location. The accommodations were roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were very helpful and worked as they should. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool fit our needs.
  : The faculty could use some updating. There was no A/C, but fans were provided. It did cool off in the evenings but we chose not to leave our sliders open because the decks were all connected to other units.

  : The location of around 2hrs from LAX and you are a different world. the drive up once off the freeway was stunning. The chalets nestled amongst the trees are very pretty. The chalet was clean and tidy with everything supplied for a comfortable stay including a BBQ. A 5 minute drive to Arrowhead itself has a collection of shops and a supermarket.

  : The chalet was clean. Kitchen and dining area were nice. There was lots of room for myself and my family. Washing machines were a great bonus.
  : The carpet was very stained and dingy. Living room TV screen had a wavy picture. Bed pillows were like bricks. Management comments: no prior information provided about the multiple flights of stairs to reach the unit. Assigned parking space was at the bottom of hill. A single lane access road to take you near the top -where our unit was-was dark after sunset. Several lights found were not working so it was very difficult to see the 4 short flights of stairs to our unit. If I had not been with my family I could not have been able to use the unit. I would have had to find another place to stay. I ordered an oxygen concentrator and the management office staff said they would take delivery. Said I could pick up the oxygen concentrator when I picked up my keys at 4PM Saturday on check in. We arrived at 4PM and the office was closed! The sign said they closed at 2PM on Saturdays! Why would they tell me I could pick up my oxygen concentrator and keys at 4PM if they were not going to be open? We never heard from the management office during our short stay.
