  : The location is perfect. It's next to the beautiful Napili beach, with beach access in the property. The view is spectacular.
  : The property is very old and not very clean. The furniture, kitchen and toilet are all very old. The room has bad smells and toilet doesn't work properly. There is no window in the room and very humid. The blanket is not comfortable and not warm enough if we have AC on.

  : The tiki restaurant and staff were amazing. The grounds were nice as well.Maintenence was friendly and helpful.Grounds were very nice and the view was also very nice.
  : Lack of customer service from the front desk when checking in (not even a friendly welcome or "enjoy your stay" plus i arrived late in the night and the sign-in paper provided indicated come to the desk "earliest as possible" I went at 7 am and they weren't open. It would be helpful to put the hours on the note). Lack of support, mold smell, washroom and shower stained, AC wasnt working (very hot), one fan wasnt functioning well either, no information on wifi upon arrival and as an international solo traveller this isnt helpful to communicate with family back home to check in on safety, microwave didn't work, right before 8 am someone knocked on the door to ask what time i was checking out...etc even though I arrived late in the night, It wasn't possible to check out late at 12 yet I ate at the restaurant afterwards and left later and there was no rush of someone coming to clean even around 1130 so I am unsure why it couldn't be accompanied. I would have understand otherwise. Not sure why the early knock on the door asking what time I was leaving when check out was 11. It was all unfortunate. I am a quiet and clean traveller... sometimes you wouldn't even notice I was stayed in the room. I didn't say anything when checking out because I didn't see any benefit but some reimbursement should occur since it was not fully functioning for a whole nights cost.
