  : no simple amenities. only 2 towels, 2 coffee cups, no glasses provided for water, ice cube trays were tiny and difficult to use. no silverware. Listed as B n b but no breakfast just coffee.

  : We ended up having to book another hotel and we stayed at the Westin because they never sent we the welcome package, then they didn't email how to get into the room until 6:44 pm! By that time I had secured our Hotel room at the Westin. I even actually called her at 12:00 noon regarding I haven't received anything and she said she would text me when the room was ready and the welcome package. Neither came at 4:00pm so we had no choice but book somewhere else. We will never book again with Maui Beach Ocean rentals and I should be receiving a credit back on my credit card. I'm very unhappy with the entire process and for any one out there thinking of booking at Maui Ocean rentals.... I would run not walk from this place.
  : BTW, there is no cancellation for the place....I guess that should have been a heads up. Horrible communication, slow and they make you sign a document regarding loss-protection but that should be something one reads prior to booking. Sneaky shenanigans they are. :(

  : it was advertised as beach front and gave the impression that you were going to be staying in an individual cottagenot the casethe beach is across the street with limited access and the cottage is three bedrooms with an common area and you rent a bedroomcontinental breakfast was delivered the night before, which was fine except we did not receive one our last night there

  : Hosts were very responsive. The A/C was out while we were there, but the hosts already had someone attending to it before we even notified them.

  : Like being across the street to a small beach. It felt private and exclusive. The property was beautiful.
  : The bathroom could have been cleaner. Do not use juice boxes in the breakfast basket. Juices are better. Bed was squeaky. I suggest it be mounted on a box.
