Alkyonides Hotel

Good
Traveller Type:
: Friendly manager and easy to find. Next to the sea if you fancy a three minute walk to the pebbly beach. Super convenient for the airport and an early flight.

Very Good
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
: Good location for travelling, close to the airport. The chap on the desk sorted out my early taxi and ordered me a pizza as I arrived late and nothing seemed a problem. Good room, big, comfortable, quiet. Nothing to say anything negative about.
  : Nothing.

Wonderful
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Manager was kind and helpful. Very close to the airport for our early morning flight. Easy walk to the beach. Room was ready and lovely with bonus of fresh fruit and bottled water. Comfy bed. Wonderful towels. Best shower of our stay in Greece!
: Be aware that this lovely hotel is directly in the flight path - no way to change that - cost of being so convenient to the airport.

Wonderful
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
  : Bed
: Ordering with booking.com but getting told at the hotel my order has been placed by expedia

Very Good
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Close to the beach
: No parking on a pretty busy road

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
: AVOID - AVOID at all costs.
: AVOID - stay away from this property! The front desk manager didn't have appropriate behaviors. First mentioning that I was traveling alone, then I was pretty followed by wanting a Kiss. No Kidding... he actually repeated 3 times that he wanted a kiss and got up to stand behind the counter. Obviously, I declined and asked for my bedroom key. I asked if he could book a taxi and he replied he can...but I need to give 10.10.10. Then he explained that I needed to give him 10 stars comments on the rsvn platform. He makes me feel so unsafe. I slept with a chair in front of the door and double check the window doors. Last, don't get me started on the cleanliness, the shower curtain was dirty and moldy, the room smelled gross, and the walls between each room are made of paper... then you can hear a plane landing above your head (no isolation despite being near the airport).
