  : The location is the absolute best! Right at the heart of the old town with proximity to attractions, restaurants, and everything else you may need. Hosts were welcoming and helpful, facilities were good and my room was very neat, cleaned twice a day. As a solo traveler I felt safe and at home while I was there. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of items.
  : Some breakfast items were really cold by the time you came down for it. There were however many options to pick from.

  : The Hotel was easy to find in the old town but is unfortunately on one of the busier routes and understandably has a lot of foot traffic with the tours from the cruise liners passing by.
  : To keep out the noise from the tourist traffic you needed to close the windows and shutters and therefore needed the air conditioner on all the time.

  : lot of people outside hotel smoke so there is smoke sometimes coming in rooms

  : The location was great, right in the centre of town. The room was small but very clean. The breakfast was basic, but quite enough for a start to the day. The staff weren't very friendly, but they did the job.
  : The bad part about my stay was that on the day we were checking out, they told me my credit card company had not paid them, so I paid cash, but the next day I found that I had been billed on my credit card. I wrote to them , attached the cash receipt, but received a very indifferent response from them. I hope they will refund my money into my credit card account. I also wrote to booking .com in this regard, but haven't heard heard back yet. This has left a bad taste .
