: Steep stairs leading to upstairs bedroom, door to upstairs bedroom does not close. One single tiny bathroom downstairs for everyone, 16 sink with no room for anything. Not a single hook was found on the walls to hang a jacket (few hooks behind bathroom door) This might be good for a family set up, but for the amount of beds one bathroom is not enough. TV was not working, neither did the internet

: Had to buy a plunger to plunge the toilet ants everywhere walls were dirty not very clean garbage in yard stairs are hard to go up and down narrow and high put something in bottom of bathtub so its not slippery

: The location was rural. Im guessing that the university was somewhere around but never ran across it. If you want rural almost farm land this is a good choice. Quiet, down a side road well away from the noise of the city.
: The place was very clean but drab and worn appearing. One bathroom on ground floor. No closets except on the second floor. Un attractive from street. Dead plants. Weedy sparse lawn, cracked concrete walk and porch. Little soundproofing between two units. And a price that was way out of line with other bookings properties we stayed at.

: We loved the modern renovations to the unit. There is plenty of lounging space for 8 people. Plenty of parking and a nice deck with a nice table and chairs. There was more than enough kitchen ware if you decide to eat in. The complimentary coffee was good. The neighborhood is very quiet too.
: The 1 bathroom is tiny! There is plenty of room to add another bath upstairs. Also, The stairs need to have a handrail installed at the top. It's very tricky coming down the steps with nothing to hold. I knew how far the unit was from campus because I googled it, but 9 miles is really not "near" campus. Maybe advertise it differently. I rented this due to there simply weren't many other rooms left in Knoxville. A bit over priced to be almost 10 miles from Neyland Stadium. But it did allow for all of us to be under one roof. Add an aditional bathroom upstairs and make it a 6 person unit and you'll get more rave reviews! Spend some more money and you'll make a whole lot more!
