  : out-of-date furnishings. Would be hard to sell it at a yard sale. The curtain had holes through-out it. AC was noisy and did not extend the heat to the rear side of the room.

  : The towels were dirty and need to be replaced. The bathroom floor was wet. The check in window was full of spiders. The rooms need a refresh. The room card is from 2021. The steps to the room are very high. I fell on my knees and finger.

  : We stayed in Hillside at knoxville about 2 years ago, nothing had changed from then to now, they maintain the property in very good condition.

  : It kept us out of the rain. There is a good place to eat dinner across the street, but only a gas station for breakfast.
  : First of all, we needed a cot. Manish, the guy at the desk, charged us $70 cash. I had to use Zelle, and it went to his personal account - and I am not sure if he is the owner. The price for the cot was more than half the price of the room besides! There was no hot water for showering, the rooms smelled bad, were dirty, and had stink bugs. The sheets were stained and had burn holes. The front desk was not open 24 hours and there was no coffee or breakfast in the lobby even if we could get in. Worst place we stayed on the whole trip!
