  : Villas are showing their age. Our building was without an elevator for the entire stay which meant we had to take luggage up 3 sets of stairs at our arrival and departure. The hotel couldn’t help bc supposedly it was a part of the condo / HOA. Seems like an ADA violation?

  : Smell of the villa and location to where out convention was. But that’s not your fault

Disappointing

  : The best park was the water park when it was open.
  : The room had dated furniture and carpet and was not clean. There was a dead bug in the unit, a ring around the tub, and stuff was left on the counter by previous occupants, and the washer was leaking liquid. These things were done immediately after check-in. I called, and the housekeeper and her manager came to clean the areas, and the maintenance man came to try to check the washer. I was told a manager would contact me, but that did not happen. This is awful. In addition, the waterpark was suppose to close at 7 but closed early some days and the was told it was due to the heat undex . I said really, clear sky, the best day of the week, and I went at 5. They gave me the app used and it did not justify the reason. They it was changed it is based off what the pool manager feels. This is not worth the money spent and the quality of service.
