  : The pool has a really tough floor that scatched up all of our feet. There were no towels in the pool area when I asked for more, they told me they were at the pool i told them there was not any and did not hand me the amount i needed. The door to the room was super difficult to open it would not read the card well even the staff had a hard time opening it. The bathroom door for the room was also difficult to open. We would have to knock on it so someone else can open it from the outside. The breakfast was horrible. On the last day one of the staff members walked in on me in the bathroom even though I was shouting that someone was in here. Finally, upon check out the staff were speaking to themselves in another language in front of me and had me standing in front of them for like 5 minutes until they were finally like "oh well hello didnt see you there" that was weird.
