  : Staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is central. Units are roomy and kitchen is adequately stocked with pots utensils, etc. Boogie boards beach umbrellas etc. are included.
  : Units could use a coat of paint and bathroom remodels. Would be great to have paper recycling on site. It is across a main road from the beach and there is no cross walk, so g to his can be an issue.

  : No air conditioner. Carpet and floors dusty. Too many ants!

  : It would have been better to have air conditioning. We had to open all the windows and turn on fans. It was still warm and we could hear all the outside noise.

  : The rooms needed updating specially the kitchen . Dishwasher was not closing well and the pool was small.

  : Pool was nice and the rooms have been recently renovated
  : No air conditioning which isnt a big deal but it gets noisy at night with all the windows open (you can hear other people walking by your bedroom and watching tv). Location isnt great for walkingif you are driving its not a big dealbut it is on the outskirts of Kihei with nothing within walking distance and there are no sidewalks on the road. Also, they decided to do landscaping outside our room on day 2 and they brought in a mini bulldozer to dig up the patio while we were staying there. We asked for a room change which they accommodated but it was still a bummer to spend a few hours away from the beach to deal with it. When we asked for compensation, they offered us $40 off our $3k booking which was a little disappointing. Overall, i got the vibe that they werent going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I think this great for families but if you are a couple or you can spring a little more for downtown Kihei do it!
