  : it was clean and well equipped. the staff at the management co were very available and helpful.
  : the air conditioning is only in the living room and it is hot in August on Maui! A/C unit needs to be replaced. can only run four hours at a time then have to turn it off for an hour and then empty the drain pan so the lanai doesn’t flood!

  : We were on the third floor of a walk up. Wife with disability, short of breath walking up.No air conditioning in bedroom.No hot water one night.Coffee maker and pots, no coffee for the short stay. Unreasonable to expect someone to buy a box or can of coffee for a two night stay.
