  : Breakfast is very good, great location, good restaurant - Cafe Beerlin - within walking distance. Nice desk staff (last time I stayed desk person was rather arrogant).
  : FIX YOUR ELEVATOR! It was down 6 months ago when I visited! I have bad knees and difficult to carry luggage up. Only reason I rated facilities terrible.

  : Really enjoyed my stay and this place exceeded my expectations. Start with location, its very central in Kharkiv and don't be put off by previous damage in the area or how quiet it is, the location is perfect with parking right out front, easy to find. Stand put for me, the staff, especially friendly lady on reception, so helpful and great character. You need people like that as a business to get more repeat business. Place was comfortable, rooms not huge, but well laid out and decorated, bed was very comfortable and AC worked brilliantly and water pressure in shower superb. Has a small eating area for breakfast and to sit and a restaurant that serves a set menu of mainly local Ukrainian dishes and a buffet breakfast in the morning. Appeared very clean. I must say myself and my two colleagues will stay again for sure. I recommend it as a value for money stay with great staff.
  : I have to give honest reviews so the only down side for me was the elevator was out of order and apparently a result of the war and the vibrations from the shelling etc. It caused it to operate on and off so they decided to take it offline until it can be repaired fully. So if you need disabled access or can't walk up stairs it will affect you. Thankfully there are rooms on the ground floor and you can request one. Luckily for me with bad back, they found a room on the ground floor so it was not an issue.
