  : the location , it is new due to renovation and thats perfect
  : 1) we arrived at the welcome house that is a mile from the location. and were told that they do not have our reservation. we were redirected and wandered 30 minutes around to find out at the end that the guy at the reception area was mistaken ( we were with the 6yo kid after a 7 flight from Miami so quite tired ). then we were told that due to shortage of staff our room would not be ready by 4 pm as supposed . at 5:45 we told the receptionist we were heading towards the room and asked them to make sure the room will be ready by 6 pm and that we expect we will be provided a late check out for those 2 hrs. we arrived to see the cleaning ladies closing our door and imagine my surprise to find the room with 1 finger dust all over the place . my kid is allergic so I spent another 30 minutes cleaning the dust. at the end we were provided the late check out only after one hour talk on our day of departure as they explained they did not promise it to us but tried to do we were retorted resort tax on the card as a compliment. but overall the impression of welcome is ruined
