  : Location is very good, close to lifts
  : We didn't have hot water for our stay, when I called guest service they gave me a phone of the property management which appeared to be closed already

  : There was no breakfast due to COVID so I can't say that. It was a nice visit and comfortable.
  : Main room TV is awful small. Sleeper sofa was like laying directly on metal springs/bars.

  : Beautiful location. Very nice and quiet, tucked away in the little town of keystone. Check in and check out was very easy. Everybody was absolutely wonderful. Room was very clean and we were provided with everything we could have needed. I really appreciated the fan and the humidifier that they put in the closet for you.
  : The bed was very stiff and could have been much more comfortable. I was charged around 88 dollars after I left and I’m not sure why but will definitely be contacting the silver mill about this. I Was charged 25 extra dollars to check in a hour early even though there was barely anybody staying at the resort, I’m sure my room had been ready WAY before I arrived.
