  : Lack of response, absence of local staff, phone response too long, failure to respond to maintenance request, TV was without any local live access, no coffee pot Y

  : can walk to keystone lifts
  : room not well lit, cleanliness fair, carpets in building dirty and old, bed not so comfortable. Thought there was supposed to be a cooktop in the room but no.

  : location was good. parking was excellent. quiet facility.
  : bed was uncomfortable. room was dirty. carpet was dirty, bathroom floor dirty, comforter was dirty, sheet was torn, rubber on refrigerator door was dirty. one small place to put luggage( holds two small gym bags only). a couple of outlets would not hold a cord, they fell out.

  : The unit reeked of cigarette, the smell was overwhelming. Upon arrival I couldnt figure out how to get in and called the number I was provided in case I needed anything... they said they would talk to management and call me back... still havent heard from them (luckily someone staying at another property helped me out). I was offered late check out (which I paid extra for), but another family came in trying to check in that morning... my daughter was in the unit alone and had to explain the situation to these people... rather uncomfortable.
