  : LATE CHECK IN WAS A DIFFICULT. DIRECTIONS WERE HARD TO READ (BLACK INK ON DARK RED PAPER) UNIT NEEDS SOME TLC - TOILET PAPER HOLDER BROKEN ET AL, COULD NOT ADJUST THERMOSTATS. OVER PRICED. BEEN STAYING IN SUMMIT CTY OVER 30 YEARS. GREAT LOCATION BUT UNIT DID NOT JUSTIFY PRICE. NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR REMOTE PARKING OF ADDITIONAL VEHICLES.

  : We had three couples with 3 cars and were told only one could park at the condo, unbelievable. So I asked where the other two could park and was told 3 miles away and one of the two would have to pay to park. How would we get back to the condo-by Uber or call a shuttle. That was unacceptable so we all three parked in the condo lot. Next morning I called at 8 am the condo service and asked for a late checkout which we were given until 11. BUT at 10 the cleaners knocked while we were in showers. The left, but simply sat outside on the stairs and then the Condo center called to see if we were leaving. Someone did not communicate our permission to stay with them and I said, We will be out by 11. As we left we apologized to the housekeepers who were still sitting on the stairs. They were pleasant but miffed because your condo service center did not communicate! Really bad and embarrassing.
