  : The breakfast room was a mess. First of all not enough room for the amount of patrons eating. The windows were all open while the air conditioner was on. The dinning room cleanliness was horrific and food items were not restocked. My kids were very disappointed because I would not let them eat there. We ended up going to a coffee shop both days!
  : The dogs in the hotel barked a lot and then pooped on the parking lot. The carpets were disgusting and really need to be replaced or a more cleanable option. At times there was nobody at the front desk.

  : This is the worst place we have ever stayed at I have pictures of everything! When we got to our room there was trash by the nightstand including a hamburger bun that was hard and stale! Then the bathroom floor behind door was very dirty and under sink! The room carpet had dirt I went to the front desk the lady came and picked it all up and told us we would have to request housekeeping for the next day ! Then the window was open and the curtains were barely hanging I would not put this on booking! I love that app and have never had a problem!

  : Nothing , staff were not professional the whole place had a worn and dirty look
  : Dirty , old worn , carpets were sticky and filthy . Staff unhelpful. The shower rod and curtain in our bathroom was Dirty , rod rusted and falling off the bracket . Breakfast was a disaster both mornings with people having to wait in line for food to be refilled. No one wiped the tables clean . For the $ paid it was a rip off

  : View was great from third floor parking until motorcycle club blocked off entry to it without any notice.
  : Room wasn’t cleaned upon request with ticket and then told me they weren’t able to clean my room so made me bring up my own towels, motorcycle club blocked off entire third floor of parking without notice which took away from the view, rust hair in shower and water leaking from toilet in bathroom, carpet was extremely dirty and turned my families feet brown, hot tub had so many chemicals in it that it created bubbles and burnt people’s eyes only allowing us to be in it for merely ten minutes because it was so intense, breakfast area was severely dirty and cramped, people smoking cigarettes in building causing the fumes to travels the hallways, stated elevator was broken two hours before arrival and ended up being broken all week, breakfast not made on time and missing condiments multiples at a time numerous times throughout stay/people having to stand around waiting for food and condiments, and rooms not big enough to set up crib/bassinet for infant/not baby friendly. This is all we can think of at this point but the price we paid was absolutely NOT worth the stay.
