  : location was great! back yard, deck, and pool were fantastic and very private.
  : The beds! you guys should invest in some decent mattress toppers. The beds were hard as rocks and the 2 inside the main house had literally no padding. The couch bed was worse than that and you could feel the springs in your back:( I would also invest in a pair of scissors in the kitchen, as well as a small cooler for the house to keep drinks cold by the pool or for guests to take to the beach. Also the house holds 8 people but there were only 6 beach towels as far as I found. Other than that it was an adorable home in a great location. if it wasnt for the beds I would rebook. if it were mine I would also invest in a king size bed for the guest house. Loved how 2 showers had 2 shower heads! nice touch!
