  : The staff was friendly. The front desk attendetant assisted with me changing my stay from 3 nights to 1 night.
  : The guests were hanging out in front of the hotel, smoking and drinking. The parking lot was not clean. The lobby was dusty. The personal items in the restroom were used, and the toilet pressure was low. The microwave turn table was broken.

  : Property was close to the interstate and easy to get out of.
  : When we arrive we had a king suite with a foldout couch. When we went to make up the fold out for the night there was dog hair, crumbs and stains all on the cover. We flipped it for the night because it was late. When we got in the king bed the sheets smelled like a wet dog. We removed those and slept with the comforter we brought. The following morning we asked about having the sheets changed and the fold out cleaned and cover replaced. Front decks said no problem and apologized for the way it was. Came in that evening from playing ball (4 Day tournament) to find the sheets changed and checked the fold out and it was the exact same as we left it. Hasn’t been touched. So we good back down and ask for it to be replaced. Gentlemen at the front said they could swap or change the mattress that we would have to change rooms. I asked if there was another way due to this being a 4 day stay we had everything where we needed it. He said no that we would have to move. So at 9:30 that night we had to pack everything up load up on a cart take it to the new room which wasn’t like the one we had was much smaller but the sheets were clean on the bed and the fold out.

  : The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and stocked with everything i needed.
  : The only criticism I had is that the pool was very cold. I saw the pool online and was hoping to spend a little time in it.

  : Once we were moved to another room, it was comfortable
  : Our first room was on the basement level near the pool. Humidity was high despite the fans and dehumidifier. That room had a toilet that had a rusted anchor bolt which allowed the toilet to rock side to side. When I told the guy at the desk, he said he couldn’t fix it that night nor could he move us to another room as the hotel was booked. The next morning I told the manager at the desk of the problem, and she said she was not told anything about it. She said they would have maintenance look at it while we were gone. When we returned, it wasn’t fixed so we were moved to another room.

  : Our door would not lock, phone didn’t work, tv kept getting fussy while watching it. Also, someone came in room and packed all our things up and mixed our clean clothes with dirty ones. Also, facial clippers and a charger end up missing.
