  : Night of check in the hot tub was operable and accessible. The bed was comfortable, things were clean.
  : There was no accommodation made for me to have a room on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. I had just injured my leg so the stairs were a challenge. As well, the hot tub which was supposed to be available at 10am, was ice cold at that time and therefore not able to be used during the 2 hour window before I checked out. This was quite frustrating as it was one of the only reasons I booked a hotel to start with, was to use the hot tub. As well, the key cards for the hotel advertise a rewards program. Upon checkout I spoke with the front desk to inquire about signing up and getting credit for my stay. She said they had no way to access the program from their system and that I would have to call. She also did not provide me a # or information to call. It was a bit frustrating to see the advertisement, but get no assistance for the actual question.

  : The bathroom floor was dirty and sticky and had hair all over and the tub and sink had hairs in them. I have blonde hair and my dad has white hair and there was long brown hair and curly brown hair everywhere in the bathroom.
