  : Pool was dirty and very slippery and latter was broken. Paid for breakfast included but yet had to have a coupon to eat and apparently it only cover 2 people per room and then had to pay for my kids to eat. I have never gone to a hotel where my breakfast included only cover 2 people . Then had to wait for long time to get food and coffee

  : Customer service was terrible,they wouldn't deal with the third party reservations and I had to pay for the room myself and Booking.com still charged my account even though they didn't pay the bill. Very upset and now they want me to jump through hoops to show them I payed, when it should show up on they're end that they didn't pay the bill.

  : Staff appeared to be friendly, location was convenient for the business that I needed to attend.
  : Rather outdated decor, Hot tub did not work, beds were like boards, mattresses well past needing to be replaced. Was not informed at check-in that if you want cleaning services you have to request them, yet the first day they were done and other days they were not....no clean towels, no refills of coffee, etc. Asked front desk specifically for two coffee pods and she only provided one. The front desk staff were friendly but most of the time were somewhere other than at their desk, so you had to wait for them to return to purchase anything from the snack shop. The dining room staff/bartender were very friendly and helpful, food was priced way too high for the value. Having no shuttle to/from the airport was a disappointment..

  : The breakfast was free. And very good!!! That by far was the only good thing I can think of.
  : The beds were HORRIBLE! I felt like I slept on a board. Everyone in our party agreed the beds were extremely uncomfortable.
