  : It is a beautiful Bed & Breakfast in the centre of Katwijk, with a minute walk towards the beach. The room itself was not very big, but had everything you needed. It was very clean and well equipped. The staff were very nice and recommended some local restaurants and some tips to go by.

  : Wonderful people, spotlessly clean, nice regular queen bed, and parking in the nearby under-the-dunes ramp was free with a pass card that we got from the hotel. The staff also gave us a good recommendation for a take-out dinner in the room from a very nearby Dominos Pizza, which turned out to be perfect for a cold rainy night. Because of the tight and steep stairs the friendly and helpful staff attitude (and policy) is to help older clients such as us to carry heavy luggage to upper floors. It was a great help indeed. The area, at least in the off-season, was wonderfully quiet and very close to the beach.
  : The room was on the 3rd floor, and the stairs were narrow and steep, which was only an issue because of recent medical problems. There was no elevator. Also, there were 3 doors entering into the "complex" of the hotel and it was very unclear at street level exactly where to enter and how to notify the staff that you were outside. To drop off people and luggage from a car, you need to drive up on the sidewalk in front of the entrance, which felt awkward. The ocean is faintly audible, but not visible. Our room, the only one left when we booked, was a studio with minimal kitchen facilities so did not include breakfast.
