  : We liked the buildings themselves, the gardens, the sea... but the rest...
  : We were looking for a nice getaway but we ended up being annoyed and frustrated by the lack of proper communication, smell in the room (coming from the bathroom drains which we had to cover with a towel), and from being overcharged for things we did not order (so pay attention to the bill).The hotel rents some of the sun chairs to people from outside. So not everyone at the hotel has a place on the deck by the sea. Service was extremely slow and confusing for the staff and for us too...The communication with the staff was very bad. Most of the staff did not speak English and when they did, it was not good.For something as simple as a beer or a bottle of wine, we had to wait for more than 30 min, despite going to the bar several times to ask for them. We ended up collecting our own drinks. We asked if we could have breakfast packed for us on one morning (as we had planned something very early), the management promised to send this breakfast to our room. Breakfast never came!! Despite us going to the kitchen to ask for it. The management never gave us the internet password, never informed us about the coffees that are part of breakfast and the ones for which they charged extra. For all the issues - late service, no sun chairs available, lack of ability to communicate properly, the management promised to compensate towards us in a way or another during dinner...Dinner went completely wrong - very annoying to understand anything of what we were ordering, the order taken was wrong so we ended up with things we did not order. Then, we were charged for bringing a bottle of wine from outside the restaurant. They asked us during dinner to pay them for opening this bottle and for bringing us two glasses. This doesn't sound like compensating for the mistakes made!

  : The hotel has a beautiful beach and cristal clear, temperate waters. Snorkeling is nice, as are the cocktails at the pool and seaside bar.It was very clean, not far from the village, very calm. even in high season, you get a seaside sunbed and shades. The waiters are very nice and polite.
  : Food and beverage is quite pricy, even for such a kind of property, but very tasty.The restaurant staff is very kind and tries their best. Errors happen and you should be forgiving about that.

  : Staff were friendly and charming. Breakfast was a real high point.
  : The challenge of having such an incredibly photographed website is that the reality doesnt quite live up to it. The steps down to the sea, the decking are in poor condition with wobbly crazy paving and the decking in need of an update. The signage to the property could be better. Out taxis sat nav took us the side entrance and we entered the hotel past the bins - a terrible first impression.

  : The view was very wonderful, as if from heaven. The design and decoration was very nice. The staff were very friendly. The sea is clear, calm, everything was perfect. A very elegant and relaxing place

  : Beautiful spaces- all the communal areas were I credible, great breakfast, gorgeous and very comfortable eating areas. Incredible views and sea swimming
  : Bedrooms werent quite as fabulous as the outside spaces, and drinks very expensive. Nowhere to walk to so you need to drive to go anywhere else- but perfect for 2-3 nights

  : Beautiful stone hotel with a spectacular view. Rooms are pretty big and modern with a good size of a balcony. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception, bar and restaurant, good breakfast and cocktails.
  : Restaurant food was not really good and pricey (only alk was very good and tasty). Hotel needs some maintenance since some parts near the beach and some good size places look abundant, garden stairs going down the beach needs some work. Also music volume at the beach is too high, terrible music choices. Bathroom water drains dont work properly and make the ceilings mouldy and fall apart. You need to wait for at least 10 min for the hot water to arrive into the shower. Cleaning needs to be improved, we saw sand on the room floor.

  : Great sea, delicious food and nice spacious rooms. Absolutely relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff while it took them a couple of days to get that friendly :) A lot of steps to the beach may be an issue for someone but we liked this everyday physical activity. A lot of nice restaurants around the hotel and even more in Kas (10 min drive)
  : If you are an international tourist, it will take you more than two hours to get to the place from an airport. Not all the staff speak English. It makes no sense to buy half board as you still need to order by menu (probably that was because of low season when they dont have buffet). No buffet at breakfast: the food was great but exactly the same set every morning, so no meat at all.
