  : The owner was rude.First no one was there and he arrived 20 minutes after so I could check-in Then he yelled "Breakfast 8 or 10 ?"If he doesn't have the sense of the client contact maybe he should change his job.Even though it was written on the booking it was possible to pay by card the owner wanted it by cash (each cash machine in Kas is taking roughly 10% of fees).The dormitory itself is a very small room (6m2 I believe)There are no keys at all (no keys to access the building, no keys to the room ) + no locker which means your personal things are never safe.The rooftop and the breakfast are great though (if the owner is not around to check every food you took)I think the place is definitely good but if you don't take a dormitory and don't have to meet with the owner.

  : Friendly and helpful host who kindly upgraded us to a private room. The bathroom was very clean and the shower/water pressure was great. Lovely view from the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was very comprehensive!

  : Central locationRich breakfast buffet Nice terrace (but there's no bathroom on that floor, You need to go back to your room...) Only the youngest staff member was actually nice and helpful.
  : The room smelled like pee and the Aircon was so filthy we preferred to keep it off. No ventilation or natural light in the room. The manager was rude on many occasions not making me feel very welcomed since the check in. Wi-fi is not very stable and no filtered water is available for guests (only overpriced bottles to buy)

  : Our room was a little on the damp and dark side without much natural light. The bathroom window looked to be bricked in as well which didnt help with the dampness.
