  : Had booked two rooms one queen for 4 nights and a deluxe for two nights in between but when we got there the four nights had been cancelled on their system. We waited around for over an hour while they sorted a room which was below what we had paid. They said they would sort us a deluxe room for the further 3 nights as compensation. When we went back the next day to change rooms they had only got two nights and had cancelled the two nights booking in a deluxe room which was a wedding present for the night before and the wedding night of a couple that were on the way to the hotel. Do we have them the deluxe room for the two nights and we ended up in a queen for the last 3 nights of our trip. The employees did all they could to be helpful for us but as this was a trip for a family wedding it was already a stressful time without all the extra added stress for the complications of the bookings which I had paid for in full weeks before we arrived. So was not a pleasurable trip to Sweden due to this and was only offered 100skr voucher which is 8 as compensation so will not be booking there again.
