  : The outside in the back had broken down cars and the inside was dirty when we got there and we could not check in early or even at 3 the rooms were not ready.

  : I was told I had a room on the top floor via a text message, as I had requested. When I got there I did not get to be on the top floor.The carpet in our bedroom looked dirty and had an obvious large rip in it. The pillow were so fat and dense it was impossible to sleep comfortably on them. The towels were very much like gym towels from high schoolm thin and worn. There were only two of them. The soap and lotion dispensers were glued to the mirror, a very outdated practice. The morning "breakfast" was crappy. They were out of milk and juice. The pastries were not thawed out and tasted like cardboard when they did.The message light on the phone kept blinking, and when I went to the front desk to ask how to make it stop blinking, the staff person was not able to help me. It blinked the whole time I was there and I had to cover it up with a washcloth.The hotel is located on a main street and my room faced the street. It was loud and noisy most of the day and a lot of the night. This made relaxing or sleeping difficult
