  : The location was perfect! Right in front of the ocean and walking to most places
  : The air conditioning unit doesnt reach the bedroom ( too small) and there arent any blinds on the bedroom window. ( just a really old curtain ) that lets a ton of sunlight thru) so always hot. The mattress needs replacing. Like beyond replacing, a very noticeable hill going down from middle of the bed. The floors were dirty as well.

  : the bed was really broken down and needs replacement the slate on the lanai is dirty and tracks into the condo. it was a constant battle to keep it clean.the main toilet had not been cleaned and had urine on the underside of the seat.neither one of the hairdryers worked

  : The fold out sofa was terrible. The mattress in the bedroom was old as well. We had to go buy air mattresses. We had to buy supplies too. Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent , tissues etc. we had to wait a couple hours for a few more towels, pillows and bedding to show up. So there was a delay in starting our vacation. We stated there would be 2 couples, 4 adults when we booked the unit. But there were only 3 pool towels and 3 bath towels for 7 days. Then were told they only provide a starting amount of supplies the rest was up to us. The statement on renting this unit said there would be ample supplies provided, Yet I spent an additional $200 on two air mattresses, and on other supplies that were not provided . There was no lamp shade on a lamp in the bedroom. There was no TV in the bedroom and the one working TV had a short in the wiring in the living room. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Hopefully this helps you with future bookings. Perhaps you can update your unit a bit and provide what you say you will provide. I might suggest a new couch and a Murphy bed with a regular mattress that would make your guess much more comfortable after they pay this kind of money.
