  : The property is located in close proximity to the Kardzhali dam, 15 minutes away from Kardzhali by car and close to many places of interest nearby. The bungalows are cozy, quiet, surrounded by a forest, with a small patio at the front and an outside kitchenette and barbecue. They are nicely furnished with a contemporary bathroom and they are an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. We had an option for breakfast, which was excellent.
  : Unfortunately, we came across a couple of issues, mainly concerning the level of cleanliness. For example, as the bungalows are situated in the forest basically, there were a lot of bugs, which is understandable, however, there were also quite a lot of spiders and spiderwebs inside ours and our friends bungalow. After our complaint the issue was addressed right away, but perhaps it would be nice if it didnt have to come to this. Apart from serving breakfast the restaurant doesnt work, which is a shame.

  : The room and the location were great. The beds were very comfortable, it was clean and spacious.
  : Unfortunately the amenities were poor as we had little to no toilet paper. Another issue we had the language barrier as not all the staff spoke English, but the new receptionist was very nice and kind.A big minus was the road, it's was unbelievably bad.
