  : When I arrived I asked to check in and the lady proceeded to help me when another woman came over and spoke to her .then the woman said excuse me sir but you're not allowed to stay here.upon asking why I couldn't she gave no formal response to the question.i am aware that booking agencies keep a percentage of the reservation and the hotel does as well get something to .I would like to say that for the future any and all actions relating to and dealing with any business,third party or sister establishment fall under scrutiny and project painsafenet #79-1771813-7 and also must not relate matters between parties or affiliations without substantial problegative evidence or actions.such actions hold credibility and my face maximum fines or direct party agreement.thankyou and have a wonderful day.P.s. please do not take any misunderstanding out on the young ladies who took care of me I'm sure it was a misunderstanding.i look forward to hearing from you.   : The lobby and pool
  : The room was poorly maintained. Tile floor had missing grout causing the floor tiles to shift. The couch pillow had lipstick stains and beer bottle caps in it. There was stains and obvious water damage in the ceiling. The cabinet the tv rested of had its laminate peeling off of it. Room needs a dehumidifier and smelled odd. Shower handle was broken and would not maintain constant temperature.
